This is my favourite of the three. I like the landscape frame and the umbrella being in the whoe shot. Its adorable and I soooo want to steal the wellies and umbrella for myself!!
I like the little series of these pinkyness rain theme...but i agree this is my favourite out the 3. You could easily do prints for valentines day it would work!

I've seen too much- i havent seen enough, you havent seen enough... i laugh until my head falls off..
This isn't meant to be an insult AT ALL [so -please- don't take it that way] but when I first saw these in my watch I was like, 'well I'll be damned! Those are REALLY freaking cool, and beautiful, just from the thumbnails, I wonder who did them?' And I was astounded when I saw they were yours. This is a huge jump in your skill and products, and it's a fantastic one. The White background [you'll have to explain to me sometime how you did that, because I have NO idea and it's really freaking cool] Is just the perfect contrast to the figure. The composition is amazing, where your eyes follow the girl down, and swoop back up into a complete circle through the umbrella. The repetition of symbols [hearts] and colors [reds and pink, contrasted in varying amounts against blacks and whites] is just mind blowing. And as everyone else has said, although they're all beautiful, this one, due to those things I mentioned above, this one is just plain stunning. I'm honestly excited to see more of your work in the future, I can't imagine how great those'll be... and I'm going to have to make you take pictures of me sometime over one of our breaks when we're home so I can use them for pieces here at mica. :3 Absolutely amazing job Kathy... it's great to see your education put to such good use.
I still think the third one [the vertical shot] is my favorite, and I might make it into a business card...but anyhow. Yes, I am very fond of these. Although it was Colette's design [she got the model, the clothes, and such] but I am just very happy with how these came up, how I cropped them and such. I have been trained by my one teacher to pay attention to the sides and thus my photos have increased in quality. I know I probly said this twice already to you, but I just didn't know what I was doing last semester and now I have more of a grip on it [as well as an actual camera, so I have actual control over what it does, which is AMAZING]. And no! That is not an insult at all! I almost started crying. It really means a lot to me to hear you guys say that [Ashley said the same :3] because it means that fucking up a lot last semester worked, it helped me get my shit together and now I'm actually showing my true potential, along with a semester of new information. There is a lot that I learned last semester that I can now apply to this semester. Although I feel behind of everyone else, I'm very happy that I'm so far ahead of what I used to be. It's nice to hear from people who have been there for it all that they can see me getting better [like I have told you a million times about your work over the years.] as I slowly get it all together. I see nothing but good things for this semester. I feel really possitive about it and as I get out into the city more, out of my dorm more often, I'm falling in love with New York more and more each day, feeling like this really is the place I should be, and want to be.
I'm so happy you're along for the ride dear. And you know I'll have to take pictures of you when I can because you're just too cute. my little nibble partner of lurve :3
A collection of the most beautiful and amazing square photographs I found among my favourites. Please have a look and give these artists the attention they deserve!
